Tenant maintenance request line, open 24/7

Something broke? Call or text (336) 729-4015 any time, day or night. Your landlord uses Keystead to make sure you get an answer.

If there is a fire, a gas smell, or anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

How to report a repair

  1. Call or text (336) 729-4015. Use whichever suits you. The line is open around the clock.
  2. Tell us what is wrong. Say where the problem is, when it started, and whether it is getting worse. Photos help if you can send them.
  3. We confirm it is you. Before sharing any account details, we verify who is asking. We may text you a verification link.
  4. Your landlord is notified. Urgent problems are flagged first. Your landlord approves the job, and the right vendor is contacted.
  5. You are told who is coming and when. You get a confirmation, a reminder, and updates when the vendor is on the way, has arrived, and is done.

What counts as urgent

Tell us plainly if water is pouring, there is no heat in freezing weather, the power is out, or a door will not lock. Those are sorted to the top. Smaller problems, such as a loose cabinet or a slow drain, are still logged and handled, just after anything urgent.

Your home, your privacy

Nobody gets a door or lockbox code without your landlord's approval, and only for a confirmed time window. Every entry is logged. Your information is used only to handle your request. It is shared with your landlord, the vendor on that job, and the providers that run the service, and it is never sold. Read the Privacy Policy and security page.

Text messages

Keystead texts you about your repair: confirmations, reminders, and visit updates. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and see the SMS Terms. If you opt out, call the line for anything urgent.
