Get started with Keystead
Keystead is in a pilot for landlords who manage their own rentals in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. Here is what happens when you join.
What happens next
- A short call. We talk through your rentals, how you handle maintenance today, and whether Keystead fits.
- Set up your properties. We add your properties, your tenants' contact details, and the vendors you already trust. You set the rules, including who can approve what.
- Tenants get the number. Your tenants learn they can call or text (336) 729-4015 for repairs, any hour. From then on, Keystead answers and you approve jobs with one tap.
What we need from you
- The addresses of the rentals you want covered.
- Tenant names and phone numbers, and a lease or notice that allows texting.
- Your preferred vendors, such as plumbers, HVAC, and electricians, if you have them.
- Your rules for emergencies and for when a door or lockbox code may be released.
- The best number and email for approvals.
