Access to a home is a serious thing. Here is what we do, in plain words.

We never sell your data

We use your information only to run the service for the landlord: repairs, scheduling, and messages. We share it only with:

• the landlord of the property involved;
• the vendor assigned to that specific job; and
• service providers that run the service, such as telephony and SMS, email, and hosting.

This website

This website uses HTTPS everywhere. It has no ad trackers, no analytics, and no session replay.

Door and lockbox codes

• Codes are never shared without the landlord's approval.
• Access is limited to a scheduled visit.
• Every entry is logged.

Callers are verified

We verify who is calling before we share account details.

Text messages

Texting follows US carrier rules. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms.
