For plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, handymen, appliance, locksmith and pest pros in the Piedmont Triad. Get repair jobs from landlords who use Keystead, without the back and forth.
How it works
- Juno texts you the job. Juno, Keystead's AI assistant, sends the address, the problem, access notes and the most the landlord approved.
- You set the time. A private job page lets you pick the visit window, add photos and mark the job done. The tenant gets the time and reminders.
- The landlord pays you directly. Email your invoice to vendors@keysteadoffice.com and it goes to the landlord. Keystead takes no markup and no cut.
What we ask of you
- A business license where your trade needs one, and insurance you can show.
- A quote, or a call first when a job will run over the approved amount.
- Before and after photos on the job page.
- Door codes and tenant details used only for the job.
